Additional rules

1. No smoking or vaping is allowed within the house.

2. Please use caution when using Firepit. Do not use firepit during high winds as this is a hillside fire-zoned area.

3. For Sunday night guests: Monday morning is Trash Day. A representative will come to put the outside large trash bins curbside every Sunday evening.

4. The Gardeners come Wednesdays to trim the hillside.

5. Locked Shed in backyard is not part of the listing

6. No 3rd Party Bookings allowed. Guests that book the reservation must be present upon check-in.

7. No Children under 6 on top bunk of Bunkbed and no one over 100lbs on top bunk of bunkbed due to weight limits.

8. Any utility outages outside of our control are not cause for a refund.

9. Do not flush any of the listed items down the toilet as it will clog the drains: -Paper Towels -Baby Wipes (even if packaging states it’s flushable) -Trash of any kind -Sanitary Napkins -Masks or Gloves -Candy Wrappers -E-Cigs or Vapes -Food items

10. Please turn off Jacuzzi when not in use.

11. This is a Los Angeles Landmarks Themed Home with some eclectic/unique decor matching those themes. Please understand that some items are collectibles and not easily replaced. Any theft/damage will be charged at the following rate for these specific items: -Kobe Bryant Wall Portrait ($900) -49ers Signed Football ($150) -Signed Hollywood portraits Goldie Hahn ($250) Robert Wagner ($175) Breakfast at Tiffany’s ($125) Downtown Abby ($75) Hollywood Regency lamp ($150) -Life Size Chess ($700) -Chess Pieces ($150) each -Movie Screen ($200) -Projector ($100) -Dodger Print ($75) -Football Tops Collage ($250)

12. The Home Address may not be used for personal use. No mail delivery allowed.

13. Please No candles, or incense burning inside or outside the home.

14. We are not responsible for any damage to you, your guests, family members, or your personal property caused by any natural disaster.

15. No Pets allowed without prior approval. If you bring pets without prior approval your reservation is subject to immediate non-refundable cancellation. All pets require a $250 non-refundable Pet Fee.
